inkaloo Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 August 2026
inkaloo is a paid, local visual thinking workspace sold on the App Store as a one-time download. One private infinite sheet on your iPhone. Think with your finger. This sheet stays. No account. No cloud. These terms are between you and Zacona L.L.C-FZ, not Apple. By using the app you agree to them. You can instead rely on Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement if that is what is shown on the App Store listing.
The service
inkaloo runs on your iPhone. There is no inkaloo account and no inkaloo cloud. Marks, notes, captures, and clips you share into the app are stored locally. If you delete the app or use Delete all local data, that content is gone.
Your content
You own what you type and mark. We do not receive a copy. Device backups (including iCloud Backup of your phone) may include the local database if you have backups enabled in iOS settings.
Payment
The App Store charges a one-time price shown for your region. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. We do not receive your card details.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted use or that data cannot be lost (for example if the phone is damaged, restored, or the app is deleted).
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to store or share illegal content.
Apple
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, Apple's obligation is limited to refunding the purchase price under App Store rules. Apple is not responsible for product claims, consumer-law claims, or intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
